Allan Harris pays tribute to the quintessential jazz crooner, Nat King Cole. If you want an idea of how this up and comer in the jazz vocal arena sounds, imagine cooking up a mix of Nat King Cole, Tony Bennett and Frank Sinatra in a stew pot and you have an idea of the (Phenomenal) Allan Harris.

The Prodigals are one of the most successful bands to emerge from the East-Coast Irish scene. The band members grew up largely in Ireland; their original songs blend a funky and anarchic energy that is pure New York with a genuine passion for the traditional music of Ireland. They have played throughout the United States, from Los Angeles and Las Vegas to Chicago, Boston and Maine, as well as abroad in Canada, Germany and Ireland, but they remain firmly rooted in Manhattan.

There has been much whispering of late about the Donegal four piece, The Screaming Orphans. Seeing they’re four very talented sisters who all play their own instruments and write their own songs, it’s not surprising that they have had comparisons to the Corrs.

Among today's great vocal pop musicians, Kenny Vance and The Planotones have voices of original and inviting dimension. The group redefine oldies with vocal authority and freshness. As exemplified by their signature song "Looking For An Echo", their material is influenced by the music of the 50's and 60's, but they consistently bring a unique and musically sophisticated point of view. In this sense they are classicists, opening the eyes of a new generation to a rich historical musical style. With their cool and sultry musical approach, filtered through a Brooklyn vibe, they give a gift to those who are discovering them for the first time!

Souled Out is enthusiastically lead by three dynamic performers whose vocals are unmatched! The seasoned R&B singers perform (complete with the dead-on vocals and smooth choreography) with the same panache and spirit as their Motown and Soul predecessors, backed by the Northeast renowned Souled Out Orchestra.
Fueled by a love and appreciation for the music of Motown and Soul, the seven-piece Souled Out Orchestra specializes in the great Soul sound.

Dr. K's Motown Review takes you on a very realistic journey of the Motown sound, and makes you want to sing along on every familiar song. They have kept the Motown sound true to its roots and in each and every performance they do send you back to another era...what a treat!
